I am not writing this review based on a single bad experience. This is about repeated service failures with Smiles. I had booked a plumbing service. The appointment was rescheduled multiple times and eventually cancelled. It’s clear they don’t have a reliable network for regular home services. I then booked home cleaning. The team did not arrive at the scheduled time and the service was delayed without any proactive communication. Most recently, I ordered food through Smiles. After waiting 90

I have never experienced such rude and unfair customer support as I did today. My order was initially rejected due to a card issue, but once I corrected the information, I was charged without the discount or points I had applied when placing the order. Despite not receiving the food, they refused to cancel the order, and after speaking with four different support representatives, I still received no help. I will never use this "sad" service again, even if it means losing all my E& points. :( :(

Extremely disappointing service. I ordered 30 minutes before my work break, but the order took over an hour. The driver marked it as delivered even though I received nothing. Support told me he received another order with the same items and cancelled mine to deliver the other customer’s order instead. I lost my entire break without eating and had to work until midnight. Completely unacceptable service and very poor customer experience.
